Against my better judgement due to previous bad dealings with Telkom I was lured by the attractive special deal they had on Samsung note 3.
I signed up for 5g and since I got the phone have never had more than 20% signal. what's the point of having so much data if it can never connect?
I visited the store twice to complain and threatened to cancel my co tract. the manager responded with his own threats of cancellation penalty fess. this despite my reminding him of the 5 day cooling off period (it was day 3) and the fact that the reason why I was cancelling was due to non performance of their signal. the resolution was that someone would call me and that the technicians would come out to fix it. Day 6 and i'm still waiting to hear anything from anyone. in the meantime I am frustrated by constant error messages and dead signals. I have cancelled my contract and am so disappointed and angry at the poor service, feedback and resolution from Telkom. Telkom doing cellphone contracts - what a joke!!! /going back to Vodacom with my legs in my tail
