Third Attempt, I received an SMS from Vodacom user Lebo Makeng, saying that I must fax a cancellation letter to their department, do you think People or your Clients has time to do this, for it is so easy to receive a contract but time wasting to cancel it, I will not fax anything for that is the reason why I called you saying I wanted my contract cancelled, for it EXPIRED and I UPGRADED, till now NO Employee of Vodacom Cancellations department called me but a sms is the best service you think you can do.
