I still have not had my 3G issue resolved by Cell C!! My first report was in February already and everytime I just get the same feedback that Tshepo will call me to assist. Tshepo has not phoned, no one has phoned. How much worse can service get, and a few months ago I was actually considering moving all my cell contracts to Cell C. I have pre-paid 12 months in advance, so I am the only one losing out on this deal.
