No Response on amount incorrectly billed

When I received my account via SMS (balances 31050) the amount was a lot higher then i expected..yet on receipt of my statement the amounts differ.. I have phoned numerous times to try and query the amount.. and No one seems to know anything.20th Feb and then again on the 1st of March after debit order was deducted i spoke to a lady in accounts after being sent from general inquiries to contract cancellations back to accounts and finally back to contract cancellations.. i was phoned back later that day to say that someone from admin would contact me. as yet i am still waiting for a reply.. i called yet again on the 11 march and was informed by a chap that there was an email sent to me and that i would have a response by the 13th.. well as yet no response or email has been received.. every department i have spoken to does not know where the amount comes in and are unable to explain the amount.. I would just like an answer from someone that can tell me what is going on.
