At the beginning of February I received an account form Vodacom for R730, which is normal since I have 1 data contract and one smart plan phone contract. However at the end of March an amount of R1600 was deducted from my bank account.

I had a look on my statement and the following appeared on my account DN714532 - R920. I phoned VC and was put through to the cancellations department. They informed me that there was an error on there system and that the funds would be paid back to me. Yet I was not even informed that this amount would be added to my account. I have also not cancelled any contracts in the last 6 months.

9 Days later and after phoning VC again they have no idea what I am talking about. I see this in a very serious light and if the funds taken cannot be explained to me or refunded to me before the COB on the 11th of March I will be opening a case at Lyttelton Police Station against Vodacom for and.
