Dear Vodacom,
three weeks ago i ordered the new blackberry, did everything i required and was told that it would take 3 -5 working days until i got my hands on it. that was 15 working days ago.
now ill be going on leave in 2 days so my delivery address will change, not saying you guys would of delivered it by then cause chances are you wont.
im quickly losing interest in this new offer and seeing as you guys havent kept your end of the deal in delivering it in the time stipulated, i see no reason why i cant back out from this deal and just pick it up from a outlet that wont give me the run around. another annoyance factor is that iv been calling for 5 days, havent managed to speak to a single person about this cause NO ONE picks up.
Pathetic really. i thought you guys would be better than my current provider but you seem to be worse.
