I signed up on a Straight Up 100 Package in April and I must say that the CellC network is really not good. I often have 4 bars of signal strength on my iPhone and incoming calls go straight to voice mail. It can also take an age for calls to connect if at all.

The 3G seldom works unless I have 4-5 bars of signal and sometimes even with that, no working internet connection can be found. I have found that the only practical way is to switch to the Vodacom network.

Most of the time, the Vodacom Edge is quicker than the CellC 3G and a lot more reliable.

Good luck to anyone who uses CellC. I have submitted complaints and to date (6-8 weeks) have not received any feedback.
