I requested statements via email [Email Removed] on PBX rentals for the client number 0127161300.
24 hours later I got a call from Ester Segkoki. Ester asked me why was I not answering my land line and went on to say it is ridiculous of me to request statements for 12 month for audit purpose. She asked me where my invoices where. She did not give me a chance to explain my needs. she told me how short staffed her department was. I am still sitting without the invoices. surely retrieving data cannot be that difficult.

I am still without statements or invoice for the period 201206 - 201307.
