WHAT A SURPRISE!!! I RECEIVED A STATEMENT FOR R700 ODD RAND AND GUESS WHAT... MY LINE HAS BEEN DE - ACTIVATED!!! NICE... WHEN I PHONED IN TO QUERY ABOUT IT... GUESS WHAT THE PERSON WHO DID MY CONTRACT HAD TYPED IN ONE DIGITS OF MY BANK ACCOUNT INCORRECTLY. SO WHO'S FAULT IS IT? YOUR INCOMPETENCE STAFF THAT OPEN THE ACCOUNT FOR ME. NO ONE HAD THE DECENCY TO CONTACT OR MAIL ME REGARDING THE DEBIT ORDER... YOU GUYS HAVE MY WORK CONTACT DETAILS NO ONE EVEN TRIED TO CALL OR MAIL ME TO CHECK WHAT'S HAPPENING. YOU KNOW WHAT STUFF THIS. THIS WAS THE FIRST AND LAST TIME I WILL EVER DEAL WITH VODACOM... HOPE YOU WILL REFUND ME FOR ALL THE BANK CHARGES ON UNPAID DEBIT ORDERS BUT YOU KNOW WHAT... I DON'T CARE. TODAY (12.03.13) I RECEIVED A BILL TELLING ME I OWE YOU ALMOST R2000.00 AND WHEN I PHONED IN THEY TOLD ME THEY BILLED ME FOR DE ACTIVATING THE PHONE AND IF I DO WANT TO CONTINUE I HAVE TO R500... TO RE -ACTIVATE MY LINE... OPEN THE LINE WITH IMMEDIATE AFFECT AND ALSO NOTE THAT I WILL NOT PAY FOR DEBIT ORDERS THAT WERE REJECTED AS IT WERE NOT MY FAULT!!!
