I received a cell phone on the 12th March which I applied for through cellc direct. I have been calling cellc since this morning (13th March) and the consultants I spoke to kept on sending from one department to another. the problem is I took out a BB Z10 contract and the phone is not connecting to cellc mobile network, I spoke to activations department and they advised that the sim is active and transfered me to technical support, they told me that I need to have my sim activated and I had to call activations again. It seems like no one is able to help me. please get someone to sort this out or cancel my contract.
