Which sim should I try today???

I have a contract with Cell C prepaid for a year. I have sent emails, called at the store, spoken to the auditor who is apparently the franchisee for both Fourways and the now 'closed down Melrose store'.
What don't Cell C do? 1. As a customer who does not have a mobile contract with them (you can guess why) I cannot print or see my usage. Why on earth can they not supply the immediate info when you go on line at MacDonalds. Such a SUPERB service 1 hr free and you can see how you are using the 100 MB)
They switch the credit between the 3 sims which I have and I never know what is my top up date. The third sim had a 9 of the month topup but I waited 10 days to find that my 2nd sim had been credited with the top up - What is going on CELL C - your house is in a mess- The Auditor does not reply to texts or calls and I even left a message with a live person on the Auditor's mobile yesterday but still no call back.
I think it is time for the Ombudsman or the Consumer Council. They also told me my usage was being used by
the email account I have. NONSENSE THAMI I can now see it on the MacDonalds information as I am loading and writing my emails. Get you act together! I am furious!
