After spending a full day to get 'n new cell phone contract from Cell C, Ingrid (apparently the auditor) takes the blackberry 9730 reserved for me and as heard from staff, giving it to her son for his shop or for himself. From the morning approx 11:00, while I tried to get payslips out of my employer, i received the exeptionally good service from Kgometshu at Cell C West Gate (for which i will post a compliment!). When i finally get my payslips and to complete the new contract at Cell C I hear from the aforementiod and another employee that Ingrid took the phone knowing that the phone was reserved for me.
As for Ingrid - apparently the auditor - it is such unprofessional conduct for a so called Qualified Professional Person. If a registered professional in Cell C conducts herself in this manner I dont want to know what the others are like.
I truly am disgusted with this. Kgometshu lost a sale and I left Cell C West Gate at approx 17:20 without a contract or phone. What a waste of a day!! In the light of what happened I am seriously reconsidering using cell c or recommending cell c EVER!!!
