False Advertising/Unable to give support

Cell C. Tsepho is supposed to phone me at 10:30 today (13/03/2013 as arranged last week 06/03/2013) to let me know about the congestion issues on your network and how the construction of new towers in Hatfield is going as they were supposed to be done on Monday but I still have no signal at work or at home. My husband had to walk home from the gautrain station as he could not contact me to let me know when to pick him up and I missed a call from a relative to let me know that her flight had been re-routed to another airport so she had to wait nearly 2 hours for me to drive from wonderboom to lanzeria all because I still cannot connect to the network and no one can get hold of me. I have commented on Facebook which was how I got hold of Tsepho last week but I am not getting any feedback.

I also recommend you stop the false advertising and make a public announcement that you cannot keep up with new subscribers as your networks are congested and you still need to build more towers. You cannot help your old clients how can you still be taking on new subscribers (btw this info came straight from Tsepho who is supposed to phone me back)
