I am not getting what I am paying fo

Hi, I live in Randpark Ridge, an established, built up suburb where one would expect to find MTN signal. The signal in my house is so poor that I can bearly make phonecalls without getting disconnected, never mind using the 3G Network.
We have 2 MTN contracts as well as a third for a 3G card and these are all useless to us at the moment. You are NOT providing the service that you are contracted to provide and unless some resolution can be met, I would like to be released from these contracts at your own expense.
I have reported this on several occasions but the person taking the call keeps telling me that "they are currently working on the towers in that area and the signal will improve, but she cannot tell me WHEN. At the moment I am supposed to work from home, but end up having to drive to the office JUST to get cell phone reception. I am not sure how I am supposed to conduct business in that manner. Please address urgently.
