I am so tired of being unable to connect to the internet as a Cell C user. I have complained countless times. The last "help" I received was last week from a Cell C representative telling me that my area (Fourways) was congested and they were aware of this, but that I should try and update my dongle software. I have done this, and the problem remains. I am able to connect, but I am unable to surf. The connection times out continuously. This is ridiculously annoying when you run a business from home and rely on them to be competant.
When it does work, it's great, and fast, but that rarely happens now days. How can Cell C keep signing up users and advertising their "wonderful" products if they are unable to keep up with demand causing network congestion? It's absolutely pathetic.
