Worst Service Eve

We went to 8-ta stores Riverside Mall to upgrade my contract to a Samsung S3 just to hear that there's no stock but will be notified the following Tuesday as soon as it arrives. That was 2 weeks ago the Saturday morning. Went back there 3 times to find out what happened and each time we heard a different story. And that they can't find out what happened to the stock only the manager are allowed to phone and he's on training in Johannesburg. To be honest that is bad service.
