Why do you not inform customers that your windows hosting options does not allow them to manage their own database? 2. Why is it so hard to get back to one of your paying customers? Let's see if I get a response this time. I was promised this morning already that somebody would get back to me, but I guess that's only to get me off the line. Something that's supposed to be simple has now been dragging on for almost 2 weeks.
