I requested a change from prepaid to contract and all my details were taken telephonically. A return phone call confirmed all was in order and I was asked when the prepaid number should be ported. 1 March I replied. Still waiting. Upon enquiry at a franchise outlet, the response is that it has been declined - and it cannot be for credit reasons, but the franchise is unable/unwilling to tell me why, who dealt with it or why no call was made to me to explain the apparent turnabout.
