Failure to supply blacklist number

Seems the cell phone industry holds us all to ransom and there is nothing we can do. I reported my cell phone over a week ago and my insurance will not process my clam without a blocking reference number and MTS just doesn't give a hoot. A week, 10 email and 8 telephone calls later still nothing. MTN you!!!
