Bad Customer service (failure to deliver)

On Monday 04 March 2013, i contacted the Cell C call centre, Sales Department and order a new phone, i was assisted by Hendrick who told me that i have been pre approved and that my phone will be delivered within 7 days and gave me the Reference number SPI003117114. todate hereof my phone is still not delivred and seven days has gone passed, i tried to contact them several times if not evryday to find out the status of my application they keep telling me excuses of backlog and approval and knows what.

If Cell C was unable to help me with my order they should have said so with my first call that i made when i was trying to make an aorder or they should have told me about that they are having a backlog so that i can make an alternative
