I applied for a contract weeks ago and my sim card was delivered on 3 consecutive days without warning. Each time I asked for them to phone me so that I could make an arrangement where to meet them. Each time I was ignored. I contacted Cell c and was ignored. I phoned Ram to get make the arrangements and was told to phone Cell C to get the tracking number. Cell C said (after 30 minutes of holding at standard rates) that the parcel had been returned to them and therefore the application was terminated.
Not once was I warned that this would happen. If ONE person in the chain of events had told me the application would be cancelled if the deliver was sent back (I also wasn't warned that the sim was being sent back) then I would have made the arrangements to receive it. I spoke to Ram and to Cell C about the delivery and I am not prepared to wait another 7 days (it was actually 20 days as I applied on 26 Jan) to rectify a fault that I was not warned about. I would like my sim to be delivered by Monday.
