Tricking elderly people into contracts

This company has no shame in tricking elderly people into contracts that they not even aware that they getting into. My mother-in-law was contacted by these 'S in January and was advised that she won a cellphone. When she realised that she was to pay off the phone on contract she immediately contacted them to return the sealed phone she was advised that someone would collect the handset. 2 weeks past but still no one arrived. They were contacted again and she spoke to a Kenneth on ext 2149 who advised that it was noted on the system that the phone was to be collected and that he would send someone to do so immediately (person who was supposed to collect apparently arrived and she was not available). My Mother in law has been trying to contact them for months now but to no avail as their number is never available. I have tried the number on the webpage 0114306555 and tried all 4 options provided but none get answered. She is now been billed every month for a contract she never signed up for and was advised by Kenneth that she would be refunded. How is she going to be refunded if they haven't collect the phone and rectified the fact that she could not afford a contract
