My fiancee had her cellphone and we decided to wait as she was upgrading soon instead of buying a new phone. We went to the MTN Sanlam store on the 03-12-2013. We upgraded to the S4 and Tab 3 and were advised we would be contacted to collect within 4 days. Returning on the 09-12-2013 we were advised that they still have not received stock and should give them till the 11-12-2013. My fiancee visited the store again and heard the same story when asked for time lines she was advised she would be contacted when she complained she was rudely advised that there is people waiting for 2 weeks as if it is her problem. She asked if she could have the S4 so long and they advised her she has to collect both as that is what the contract stipulates. My concern is that she is pregnant and due any day and has no means to communicate and MTN says we don't have stock. Why does MTN advertise products they do not have and now I am stressed everyday as I constantly have to phone people to go and check up on her to make sure she is OK we have no problem waiting but we are being given the run around.
