Telkom Poor Customer Service

I have applied for an ADSL line and home line through a kiosk at Dion wired. This was in September 2012. I received messages on my mobile phone stating that service delivery could possibly be in November 2012. I was then contacted by someone in November stating that they would like to come through to connect the lines and if I would be at home. I had to then take a day off from work and waited home all day with no show from Telkom. When I called to query they stated that they had no record of such a call. It is now January 2013, and they have been singing the same song of there are no cables, and there are no wires in my area. Its been 4 months, how long does it take a bunch of educated people to build a tower and install wiring. I spoke to Lynette Schadle who said unfortunately there is nothing they can do, and that she will get back to me. Till date she has not called me. This kind of mystery service is revolting, I expected a lot more from Telkom especially since they so swiftly got people to sign up at the kiosks. I would like to know WHATS GOING ON A.S.A.P!!!???!!!
