I'd like to arrange that vodacom load my account for a debit order. I've been trying to call the account call centre but with NO JOY! I went to
Vodacom festival mall and asked they must load a debit order, but they said I must call the call centre... the
One time I actually got through on the phone, the lady said
She couldn't find my information? How do I have an
Account with vodacom for almost 3 years (I think) and they don't
Know about me and have no info? Does this mean I don't have to finish
Paying then?
How must I pay vodacom if its so hard trying to get assistance for something so small?
Then when they don't get paid they want to know why and so forth...
If somebody could call me and make arrangemanets For the debit order to go off for the next
3 or 4 months, that would be great!
