BAD ATTITITUDE, BAD SERVICE, BAD SUPPLIER

I am aware that I am one of MANY with this complaint, BUT despite my issue going for week 3 now, nothing has been done to sort this out. My ref nr is A1-NRZZ-MUYVW. my cell nr is 0729562086. Vodacom has allowed airtime to be from my phone over this period. it comes to an amount of over R2000!!! Despite NUMEROUS calls for my own account and also now being told I have exceeded my call limit to customer care??? Seriously?? NO - ONE comes back!!! My airtime is still being the minute I recharge, so in essence I sit with a service provider that is USELESS, INCOMPETENT and I can't use my phone... WHO IS GOING TO FIX THIS??? Must I be driven to the point of going the legal route, barring the road in front of Vodaworld until my issue is sorted. I HAVE HAD IT WITH THIS ATROCIOUS SERVICE!!!
