I responded to an advertisement for an iPhone at Nashua Mobile as my contract was due for an upgrade. Upon arrival to the store, they did not have stock of the phone at the store, so I signed the contract as i was promised that they will have the phone the very next day. It is gone a week now, and they still do not have the phone. They assured me that the phone is supposed to arrive with the courier company of which they gave me a tracking number to trace. This so called tracking number does not exist at the courier company. I phoned the call center, and then discovered that the sales person in fact to me, and they will not be getting stock anytime soon. This is the second time that I am made to wait, after signing my contract. The sales person merely wanted the commission and hence has to me. I have been trying to contact Bongiwe ever since, with no luck. This is absolutely ridiculous, I have already taken a contract with them and they dont know when they will get stock of the phone. In the meantime, I am supposed to be paying for a contract, without a phone!!!
