CELL C NEEDS WAKE UP

Good day

I lost my sim almost 2years ago, completed an account closure form which allowed 1month notice peroid. The paper work we have states account up to date, and we have a delivery report of the cancelation form which was sent to the head office from a branch in Amanzimtoti.

I recently recieved a call from their lawers offices stating that I have been handed over to debt collection!!! Almost 2 years later, no contact now this! Best is I get rude phone calls at work, my name has been listed on itc thanks to your un educated staff! I want u to sort this out and remove my name from itc before I take matters further legally. Please get ur staff educated on the consumer protection act.

Please forward all your supporting docs to the given email and give me the correct numbers to forward mine. If this is not resolved before the end of the month I will go legal
