I've purchased a 24 Gig data sim last year. During January 2013 data disappeared and I started to record the data available at every connection and disconnection. To my amazement data disappeared between connections! Could it be possible that my simcard was cloned after uploading data at their branch? I've visited the Cell C Centurion (upper level) and report the problem on 25 January 2013. The assistant phoned their call centre and explained to her the problem. Kelly from the call centre took my information with a promise to attend to the problem. Up to date I've not heard a word.
To add to the problem the Internet service of Cell C deteriorated to the extent that it is unbearable the past two weeks. It is impossible to stay connected to the Internet after 17:00 daily. The connection is lost with intervals and then reconnects a few minutes later. The connection menu displays connected whilst it is disconnected. It is impossible to communicate with Skype or VOIP. I've tried to log a complaint dialling 140 without success and send emails to their customer service on 6 and 9 April respectively. No response up to date!
