Harassment by CELLC Customer Service 084 145

I am being continuously harassed by CellC Customer Service. I keep getting calls from 084 145 at very inconvenient times, when I am at work in meetings, when I am busy with customers even whilst driving. It just doesn't stop! When I answer this call there is just some music playing and I am asked to rate their service? Please I want this harassment to STOP!!
