I purchased the giga200 package on the 28thApril 2013
I've used the Cell C Website (Write to Us) on the 29th April to inform about poor connectivity but was not contacted.
I then logged a call via email on the 4 May 2013 and was contacted and given a Referance number on the 6 MAY

Since purchasing the Giga 200 Product i have been unable to browse between 18h00 -23h00 DAILY (after 23h00 speeds are fine)
I responded with necessary info (NetworkFeedbackTemplate), Also attached a log of conection times, signal strength and connection speeds
I later upgraded My Modem Drivers and Software and the result is still the same
Just for sake of compatibility I Also used other modems namely E220 and CellC E1280 modems but my Internet Experience was still the same.
This is a frustrating experience, I require internet accessibility always. Its unacceptable not being able to even browse the Internet daily during times. The Giga 200 Product does not work for me.
I would like a refund
