NO COMMUNICATION AND INFORMING CLIENTS

THIS MORNING OF 2013/03/11 I WANTED TO PHONE AND THEN I FOUND OUT MY PHONE IS SISPENDED AND CANOT MAKE ANY CALLS. MY PHONES WAS CUT OFF WITH OUT ANY NOTIFICATION OR CORRESPONDENCE FROM MTN . I CALLED AT 8H15 AND SPOKEN TO OPERATOR AND SHE TOLD ME IT WAS SUSPENDED BECAUSE MY DEBIT ORDER WAS RETURNED FROM MY BANK.BY THE WAY IT IS SET TO GO OFF ON THE FIRST OF EACH MONTH AND THERE WAS MORE THAT ENOUGH FUNDS IN MY ACCOUNT SO I CAN NOT SEE WHY THE DEBIET ORDER COULD HAVE GONE OFF. ONLY IF MTN DID NOT PUT THE REQUEST TROUGH, THATS WHAT I THINK. NOW THEY JUST CUTT MY PHONES OF AS WELL AS MY INTERNET PACKAGE SO THAT I CAN'T EVEN CHECK ON MY DEBIET ORDER THEY ARE CLAIMING WAS RETURNED. MY BANK DID NOT NOTIFY ME OF SHUTCH A THING SO I CANOT SMELL IT. I ONLY RECEIVED A NOTIFICATION AT 10H09 ON THE 2013/03/11 AFTER I PHONED TO TELL ME MY SERVICE IS SUSPENDED AND AT 10H33 THAT THE DEBIET ORDER DID NOT GO OFF MY BANK ACCOUNT. ONLY AFTER MY PHONES WAS SWITCHED OFF.THAT IS THE SERVICE I GOT FROM MTN. NOT GOOD.NOW I AM SITTING WITH OUT MY PHONES. BECAUSE OF THAT THE DEBIET ORDER DID NOT GO OFF ON MY BANK AND WAS NOT NOTIFIED IN TIME I USED THE MONEY IN THE BANK.
