Arreas because they didn't take my money

They phoned me by the 25th February 2013 to ask when my debiet orde must go through. I told the person on the 1st March 2013. I check my bankstatement today to see if the debiet order went throug to only see it didn't and there was money well still are. Now i phoned to ask why they didn't take there money. Allot of excuses but now my account is in arreas. It is not my fault they didn't take there money
