BAD SERVICE!!!

I logged a complaint via the the 8ta website and no one has gotten back to me. And now I paid my 8ta account and still connection is not up. I also cannot make calls to customer service with my 8ta sim card - complaint was logged and I'm told it was fix (HOW CAN U DECLARE IT FIXED WITHOUT VERIFYING IT THE CUSTOMER). This is my third complain, the last two were never fixed/solved. Your services are cheap but I did not expect them to come with cheap service
