Our company ordered 2 x laptops on a special advertised by MTN. Upon placing the order (on contract) we were told 2 weeks delivery. After several enquiries and the shop coming back on only two of them, I had to drive to the shop to get feedback as their only advertised number does not work. Upon getting to the shop, I was told that there will only be stock available in June. How can a service delivery company advertise a product on which they don't have stock and not return calls or give feedback to clients?
