I have been in and out of these stores a few times and Ive always had bad experience with staff from different stores. I decided that i will never ever go into a BT games again due to the horrible service i often received. Till i walked into the President Hyper store in Krugersdorp. i must say these guys are really professional. I wanted to buy a few games and the nice gentleman told me that i should rather buy another product. I really appreciate their honesty and i will only go buy at this store in the future. The guys know me by name now and Ive spent over R20000 at this single store. The staff is friendly, store is always clean and you feel so welcome every time i enter there. i am very impressed with the manager, he runs a tight ship indeed.
