I called on the 9th to report a lost SIM and was told that all I need to do to get a swap is buy a new un-RICA'ed SIM and it can be completed.
I called on the 11th to open the call (ref:3231103483).
They tried calling me ONCE on 12 and closed the call telling me to go to a store via SMS.
I then sent a mail on the 12th and was told I'd get a response in 48hrs.
It's the 14th and I have no response.
I hate CellC.
When I told the agent on 12/03 that my friend took the call to do the SIM swop, I was told to get my friend to help me then!
