Bad Attitude of MTN staff

I went with my girlfriend to the Clearwater shopping mall where my girlfriend took out a new contract to sort out why MTN had charge her and her mother when we had asked for and filled in forms for it to be put in my girlfriends name. We were not greeted warmly by the staff when I walked into the store. When speaking to the lady over counter she told me that the account was in my girlfriend's mother name which we had been there 3 times before to change these details and pay the fee for this change over. The lady then told me I don't know what language to put this in for me to understand that it is in my girlfriend's mother name and that no statements have been sent to my girlfriend. I could not believe how I was been spoken to like she was the client and I was there to make her life better, Even though we were holding a statement from MTN in my girlfriend's name. We walked out and didn't even get our query sorted out. I will never support MTN because of that and will tell everyone on how we were treated that day.
