Since first receiving my Blackberry 9360, it has continuously taken it upon itself to restart without any logical reason! This often leaves me unable to receive calls or messages until I've realised it's restarted itself and have re-entered my personal SIM PIN.
The result causes me to miss important business calls from clients which results in me coming across as uninterested and uncommitted to my work. I OFTEN seem unavailable when required onsite as no-one can contact me! This is LUDICROUS! How can you release a phone with a bug like this! I KNOW I am not the only one as I have numerous friends with the same model which does the same thing!
When I first got the phone (my first Blackberry) I was excited and poo-pooed everyone's warnings of Blackberry this and Blackberry that! The phone itself is well presented and looks the part. Blackberry's R59 Data Bundles are a brilliant idea! But after this! I won't look at another Blackberry again - and advise those of you out there considering purchasing one to rethink carefully!
