Sold me a data bundle with laptop, but combined it with another contract, sold to me as an upgrade 2 years ago, but I ended up with another account which I never used. Because of this whole story, I cannot use my laptop. I'm sending e-mails to everybody in creditors, but they're not responding at all. They're quick to sell you new contracts, but absolutely NO interest in sorting out issues.
