I am very frustrated at the moment. I ordered a Z10 from the ad on the vodacom homepage (082 1950).
A lovely lady - Deborah helped me which I am very pleased about.
However, when I phoned back several times, each time another operator gave me another reason why I can't receive my order. Each time, with another accessory being the problem, but they can't release the phones to be delivered without the accessories. Today, I had to hear I have to wait another 8 working days. This is unacceptable.
I need someone to phone me and tell me the truth to what is exactly happening with my order.
