My Upgrade was due and I went to the MTN Shop in Lakeside Mall to fill in all of the details. I explained that I would like to remain on my current package which is the Top up 200 contract and leave everything as is, and to just give me the new phone. As I received the documentation I noticed that my contract was moved to a Top up 100 and when I told the person helping me that, she said that I would now have to wait three days for the mistake to be corrected. MTN has now billed me for everything and I'm stuck with a contract that I didn't sign for and I have no new phone.
