I am very upset, disappointed and disgusted with the service I recieved from Telkom. For the first time in January I decided to make use of Telkom's service I saw and ad showing 5 gig internet modem etc. for R169 I applied at the Promenade branch and was informed I had to pay additional fees for a land line. I accepted this and informed them to debit my account on the 25th of every month, which now amounted to over R300, I was then advised that they cant debit in Jan and I will pay pro rata in feb which I again accepted now becoming R621, I again accepted. Telkom debited on the 18th of Feb and I had to pay late fees even though it was there mistake, I again accepted and asked them to rectify their mistake. In march I recieved an email stating my bill is R602 after I telephonically confirmed in Feb that my bill is under R300. I went to the Telkom office in Zevenwacht mall where I experienced the worsted service ever. There is enough characters left to explain my horrific experience so I will placing a formal complaint directly to Telkom.
