Lack of follow through

Mweb recently advertised the Cell 2Gig for 89 p/m. I am already a Cell C customer and due for contract renewal so this deal will be ideal.
I used the Call Me link on the site and completed my details correctly. Two days later an agent called and said he would e-mail me the details... two days later no e-mail.
Then I called the call center and THAT agent took my e-mail address again and said he would e-mail immediately but 5 days later still no e-mail.

I will venture a last call and then accept that Mweb doesn't want to make money
