I have been eligible for an upgrade since the beginning of January 2013. I placed an order for the IPhone 5 16GB Black, in early January. Every week I phone, and ask them when, yet every week the respond with, "sorry we don't have stock".
How can you continue to advertise a product, and charge me for an now on month to month contract, yet never have stock to provide me with my upgrade. Over 8 Weeks.
Either provide me with an IPhone or stop advertising, and just say ... "Sorry no more IPhones! ". Then at least I know and can go to Cell C.
