This is my third complaint against 8ta. Track record: They reply with a cut and paste "we are sorry... and will..."
This is all a lie.
On the 25th of last month I did an UPGRADE. I get the phone and need a new smaller microsim. They tell me the sim will only be activated on the 1st and effectively can stare at a useless phone till the 1st!!
Ok, so its only 3 days till the 1st. On the first... nothing happens. I have called them... nothing has changed to date. The guy in the Tygervalley "circus of a shop" [Cape Gate has no clue what time it is] admitted to me on the phone they just forgot about it with "all the clients" coming in. I've been there.. the place is a ghost town!
Anyhow... thanks 8ta for the useless phone. I'll return it in 5 months stating it does not work.. since I have no sim to use with it and want my MONEY BACK!
