Poor service Cell C

I bought a Blackberry on 10 Jan 2013 and had Cel number ported from MTN.After many attempts it was finally ported but people could not hear me properly > Th phoone was given back within 7 days for a new phone. CellC would not give me a new one and sent it in to be checked. It came back scratched and was sent in again. Still not returned after 2 months. People cannot hear me porperly from home on CellC simcard. Not good enough. need phone from home.
Wish to cancel if necessary as per Credit Act states if service not as promised one can cancel and get money back. Also overcharged. Been in and out of CEll C offfices 17 times for this. Amounts to over 2 full working days merely to get a phone which i have not even got. Wish for a senior consultant to phone me.
