Why am I now being charged for March, if I cancelled my line in February, because it hasn't worked since mid-January?
(Apparently you find it more cost effective to ignore the problem and keep charging the customer than fixing your infrastructure).
Please inform me to whom I may send a bill for my wasted ISP costs as well as the phone costs I have incurred phoning your support line?
