Cellphone company lack of service

Visited the store to do un upgrade. Ayob supplied information to me, which turned out to be invalid after I verbally queried the information several times. When I visited the shop again, Donovan assisted, and after he promised to get the shop owner/manager to contact me, guess what, nobody did! I visit the shop again, and the wrong package was loaded on my profile, even though I did not sign any thing yet to do any migration/upgrade. The next person who assisted me, also did not have all the information necessary to be able to finalise my upgrade that I want to do.

Spoke to Rodney today, and he claimed to be store manager (I had to phone again after promises of being called back). He supplied other information again, and also started to have an attitude that I must be glad that he has the time to be of service to me. I find this very disturbing, as they are a service centre, but with no service?
