I got approved for a contract of 2 laptops and a modem of 2G. She failed to explain to me that I should not exceed the 2G limit. She never told me about an extra credit. When I asked what happend the staff appologised on her behalf. I am requesting that she pay the costs for neglegence. In one week I was told I owe R2500. As a consumer I feel like they trapped me but now I owe more than my salary in one week.
